How to bypass web censorship in Arabic

Adam Hyde from the Flossmanuals project posted a link to a German site (in Arabic) that explains the How to Bypass Net Censorship manual that FM created and has been translated into Arabic.

As with all things this sensitive politically,  I am cautious. I think this is a fantastic book, and that it’s translated is even better. My concern is that I can’t read the translation – how can I trust the translation? The kind of countries where this document is most useful are renowned for political repression, and I don’t want to be responsible for anyone’s jailing, torture or even death.

I really want for there to be a reputation system of some design, or a confirmation tool – so that I know I can pass the translation on to people safely.
